Just wondering if anyone's been on one of the free buses that National Express now put on from Birmingham City Centre to the coach station - or vice versa.

I'm getting a coach soon and have got this 'free voucher' that you get when you book a National Express coach now... but not sure exactly where the buses go from in the city centre and how often they run. Don't want to be standing somewhere waiting when I could have been walking down there. Anyone know? It says it's the 'Free Service 37' - if that means anything to anyone.

Yeah, I did look at that timetable last night, but wasn't 100% sure if it was the same bus - and if there are any other stops other than the ones listed. Anyone know how far up Corporation St the stop is? Just wondering if me walking from the train station up to this stop and waiting would take longer than if I just walked down from the train station to the coach station on my own. And also how near to the coach station it drops you off.

It's definitely the right bus - it stops opposite the coach station on Digbeth.

There are loads of maps etc. here. It suggests that you want somewhere around CE-CL, close to where Corporation Street crosses New Street - at the bottom of the ramp.
